The best thing to do would be to start by clarifying some key facts. Firstly the traffic warden is

clock and easy to use step by step software that guides the user through all the stages required to
correctly issue a parking ticket. The hard wearing printer then transfers this information with 100%
precision to the little slip of paper your so familiar with.

The second key piece of equipment is with the digital camera which allows the PA to photograph
physical evidence such a parking signs, vehicle registrations, car locations, fluffy cats, pretty flowers and other professionally useful things.

The final, and most important, weapon in their campaign of terror against the motorist is the humble pocket
book. This simple bundle of paper is so important because under the 1991 Road Traffic Act it is the only

After an intense fortnight at one of these camps where sessions often last for several days without respite the PA
is also highly skilled in the ancient and dark art of tyres reading. Although the origins of this sinister practice are
unknown it is believed that its extensive study allows PA's to understand the location of and monitor the movements
of a suspect vehicle by simply looking at the front and rear kerb side tyres and comparing the position of the air valves
to the hour marks on a clock face.
